②Ultrasonic cleaning method. The anilox roller is immersed in a tank of an ultrasonic cleaning system filled with chemical cleaning solution. The frequency conversion device in the tank sends high-frequency sound waves to break the dried ink in the cells and flow away with the cleaning liquid. Attention must be paid to the use of ultrasonic cleaning: too long cleaning time will cause damage to the cells. The higher the number of the anilox roller, the shorter the cleaning time;

③Low-pressure jet cleaning method. Using soda powder or fine plastic beads as cleaning powder, spray the anilox roller under low pressure, you can thoroughly clean the ink that has dried up in the cells, but pay attention to the spray pressure not to be too high (generally not more than 0.1MPa), otherwise there will be The ceramic layer of the ceramic anilox roller may fall off from the anilox roller body;

④Other methods: dry ice cleaning method, chemical solvent immersion method, etc.
