The cleaning of anilox roll is generally divided into solvent cleaning, medium spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning and laser cleaning.
Solvent cleaning：Spray special chemical solvent on the surface of anilox roller, select fine steel wire brush according to the material of anilox roller, and brush repeatedly with steel wire brush.
Medium spray cleaning:It includes baking soda powder spraying cleaning, high-pressure water washing, dry ice cleaning, etc. it is a cleaning method of spraying medium onto the surface of anilox roller with high-pressure air.
Ultrasonic cleaning:Immerse the anilox roller in the chemical cleaning solution and rotate slowly. The ultrasonic instrument vibrates the solution to produce countless micro bubbles and impact the mesh hole. The bubbles explode and impact the mesh wall under pressure, so as to remove the residues in the mesh hole and thoroughly clean the mesh hole.
Laser cleaning: Laser cleaning shoots the laser of the special head at the anilox roller, which can vaporize the residues such as ink, adhesive, wax and silicone without damaging the anilox roller.
