However, the traditional hard chrome electroplating can not fully meet the requirements of wear resistance and corrosion prevention. The hardness of the extinction roller can be increased from HRV800 of the hard chrome layer to HRV1200 and the corrosion resistance can be greatly improved. It is an ideal substitute for the traditional hard chrome plating roller.

3. The temperature difference between cooling and heating is not more than ±1℃, the surface hardness is HRC55 ~ 58, the hardness is HRC62 after chrome plating and polishing, and the thermal deformation is not more than 0.01mm.
